How deletion works
If you still have the Mediamatch app, open Settings and delete the account there. That takes effect immediately.
If you cannot open the app, send the request below. We confirm the account is yours, then delete or anonymise personal account data within 90 days. This cannot be undone.
To remove specific data and keep the account, use data removal.
Journalist directory listings compiled from public coverage may remain after a claimed account is deleted. Ask us to remove that listing in the notes field, or see the Privacy Policy.
